Matrix
"Speed Rulz" Driver and Fairway Wood Shafts ...
These
top shelf shafts are a boon to the game of golf. Where you see
the carbon wrap in the midsection, this is what Matrix calls
"Mangsa". This visibly shows that Matrix has made
these shafts more stable and stouter in the center.
You will see that there are two different color schemes for these
shafts. Please know that the color has no influence on nor is
an indictor of anything different other than color.
There are three "types" and each is available in multiple weight and
flex configurations.
A Type - Stable EI* profile, slightly firmer in
the mid section, providing great feel with corresponding stability
in a speed optimized design for a wide range of swing speeds.
(Available in 50,60,70,80g)
B Type - An optimized center of gravity
location positioned to take advantage of current club lengths and
head weights in today’s marketplace. The consistently smooth EI*
profile is slightly stiffer in the mid and handle sections.
(Available in 50,60,70g)
C Type - Extremely stable and smooth profile
that optimizes speed for those players preferring the feel of a
shaft with a softer handle balanced with a more stout tip and mid
section. (Available in 60,70,80g)
* The term, EI is engineering short hand for E= Modulus of
Elasticity and I = Area Moment of Inertia. Or, more simply, the
elasticity of the shaft material and the thickness of the cross
section of the shaft. The combination of these combine into the
stiffness of the shaft at any point on the shaft. If the walls are
thicker that section of the shaft is stiffer. If the graphite
strands are running from butt to tip the stiffness they give to the
shaft is more than if they are angled to control torque.
While we
are not professional photographers, we are players, and we strive to
capture the true essence of each item. We try to point out the key
facets and reveal flaws, if any, to help you to make an informed
decision.. We take great care to accurately convey these details and
hope you'll also have a chance to see that we offer the same excellent
communication and service throughout your experience with us. We
apologize for the lighting reflections of the shrink wrap, however our
goal is to make sure you get exactly what you see. Most of all, we hope
to help you to keep playing this great game! |
Adapter Sleeve Tips --
This
listing does not include an adapter tip.
If interested, we have a limited selection from which to choose and can
include one for an additional cost of $10 for the adapter with your
shaft purchase.
Here is a
link for our available adapter tips.
Should you opt for an adapter:
1. Please
make the purchase and payment for the shaft you want.
2. Immediately let us know which adapter you want. We will send a money request.
3. We will not install the
tip on the shaft unless you ask us to. If you prefer that it be
installed, we will do so at no extra charge. It will delay
shipping by a day and ask that you please specify
any tipping
instructions, and
where you would like the shaft graphics pointing at
standard loft. If not specified, we will leave the shaft uncut and
install with shaft graphics down.
